All prices are listed in Euros, inclusive of VAT, but exclude shipping costs.

We ship within 2-4 business days.

• Netherlands: shipping costs €5.95, for small packages €4.25
• Belgium: shipping costs €7.95
• EU: shipping costs €10.95

Free shipping on orders over €50.

Returns

If you’d like to return your order, please contact us at support@lookatyue.com within 14 days of receiving it, including your order number. We’ll guide you through the process.

Things to keep in mind

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and carefully packaged.
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Rates vary by country and carrier — please check with your local postal service. Please note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to pick-up points.
• You are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us, so we recommend keeping your proof of shipment/tracking number.
• Once we’ve received and approved your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
